I’m Reggie Senegal — a storyteller by soul, a strategist by fire, and an entrepreneur forged on the track, in the gym, and at the edge of reinvention.
I built Quill. Spell. Reel. to help founders, coaches, and creators shape their voice into cinematic content that doesn’t just look good — it lands, it moves, it lives. This isn’t content. This is story as sword.
But the pen wasn’t always my weapon. I started as a Division I track athlete, chasing records and mastering rhythm through motion. Later, I turned that same discipline into innovation — founding multiple ventures, including:

From Scar to Script: Why I Built This
Quill. Spell. Reel. was born in silence — the kind that comes after failure, loss, and reinvention.
Before I crafted brand videos, I was rebuilding my own voice. I’ve been a Division I athlete, a founder of fitness companies, a product inventor, and a father navigating the emotional battlefield of legacy.
I created this agency to help others like me — founders, coaches, and creators with a story too big for trends and templates. This isn’t content. It’s a cinematic reclamation of who you are.
